Rohan Coleman Director

Having begun his career as a labourer for established civil contracting company T.W Maw & Sons, Rohan honed his skills completing major road infrastructure projects for 10 years before going out on his own. Commencing with the construction of a number of Golf Courses across Australia and Overseas, an early career highlight was completing the construction of The Dukes Course, an 18-hole championship golf course in St Andrews, Scotland, designed by renowned Golfer Peter Thomson and now known as one of the finest inland courses in Europe.

More recently, Rohan has proudly built up MC Earthmoving with the support of John, taking on bulk earthwork contracts and major civil infrastructure and mining projects as a core focus. His attention to detail, work ethic and past experience has earned him a highly respected reputation among his clients, partners and staff.

John Plumridge Director

Having worked in the construction industry for more than half a century, John, at the age of 17, began his career as a chainman, working for his grandfather at Mecho Constructions.

John moved to the Mornington Peninsula with his wife Georgina in 1976 and worked for T.W. Maw and Sons, where he first met Rohan. With this experience under his belt, in 1996 John decided to start his own construction business, focusing mainly of subdivisions and local government roadworks.

John has since been involved with a multitude of construction businesses, culminating in the acquisition of Maw Civil Pty Ltd.

In 2010 Rohan and John combined their resources to establish MC Earthmoving and have together built it to what it is today.
